Start locations:
The Kingfisher half marathon in March will start at the Plum Creek Picnic Area parking lot just inside the east entrance to Chatfield near the marina (check the course map for precise location). All races start at 9:00 a.m. and we start handing out bibs at 8:15 a.m.
Your bib is good for the entire season so after your first race, keep it, and bring it back to the next race! This saves time at check-in and saves $$$ for the club.
Dog owners: you are more than welcome to run our races with your furry friends! However, there will be a 1 minute delayed start for dogs in order to avoid confusion/collisions. We will adjust your time after the finish. (Note: this only applies to dogs! Runners may not run with cats, hamsters, pythons, ferrets, or goldfish.)
* We do not offer a virtual race option. The only exception will be if Chatfield SP is closed on race day. In that case, you are welcome to run virtually and turn in your results by the end of the week following the race date.
